Becoming a Member

Become a member now. If you are a property owner abutting Lake Washington, leasing a slip on Lake Washington, or have an interest in supporting our efforts to improve our lake, please click the "signup" link below. Our Annual dues amount is recommended by the board of directors at the annual meeting, and approved by membership vote. The dues shall cover the period from January 1 to December 31. Dues are $75 per year.

Members who have paid their dues may request a copy, electronic or printed, of the lake directory containing the names and addresses of all lake residents. Directories are printed and/or sent upon request. Printed directories are limited to one copy every 2 years.

Membership Renewal

Your dues are an important revenue source for the LWIA. Please help the LWIA continue to do work of improving the water quality of Lake Washington and improving the property value of every homeowner on the lake.
